
I am a food scientist by trade with many other far-reaching talents like food styling, photography and writing. Most simply, I am a just a foodie with an insatiable wanderlust at heart. I invite you to take this journey around the world with me as I travel and explore cultures and culinary traditions. While these writings will certainly be an outlet about many types of foods, you may find lots of talk about potatoes. Being my favorite food, I always order potatoes on the side.
